The Sports Habitat transformed a barren red-soil site into one of the most advanced institutional sports complexes in the Tumakuru district. The project encompassed full turnkey delivery — from soil stabilization and drainage engineering to international-grade surface installation, perimeter fencing, and stadium lighting.
The result is a thriving multi-sport campus hub that meets global compliance standards across football, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and throwball — built for high-frequency student use, all-weather performance, and a low-maintenance lifecycle.

OUR SOLUTION
By engineering the site from the ground up, The Sports Habitat delivered a structurally sound, internationally compliant multi-sport complex through a fully phased construction approach.
Soil stabilization and aggregate base engineering laid the foundation, followed by a dynamic perforated French drainage system to guarantee all-weather playability. A reinforced concrete subbase underpins the acrylic court system, while the FIFA-compliant turf field was constructed with silica sand and rubber infill for consistent performance and player safety. Precision sports geometry across five disciplines was integrated into a single court layout, maximizing the campus footprint without compromise. Engineered sports lighting extended facility access into evening hours, ensuring the complex serves students well beyond academic schedules.
