What We're Looking For:

- Experience in construction/infrastructure sales (preferred)
- Willingness to travel across India
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record
AutoCAD Drafter / Designer
1 Position
Bangalore | On-site
Create detailed technical drawings and designs for sports facilities. Work closely with project managers and engineers to deliver accurate CAD layouts and 3D visualizations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software
- Understanding of civil/structural drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with sports infrastructure (bonus)
Project Manager
1 Position
Bangalore | Site Visits Required
Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to completion. Manage timelines, budgets, quality control, and client communication for multiple sports facility projects.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in project management (construction/infrastructure)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing budgets and timelines
- Knowledge of FIFA, BWF, IAAF standards (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
